Best workout journal

This is the best workout journal I have ever used. Ran out of pages and came to realize the store I have always purchased these from no longer sold them. Bought the competitors version, didn't really like it and before I ever put down the first entry I realized you might have a web address where I could get one of these. Bingo...Back in business.

The Ultimate Weight Training Journal is the best log book for weight training that I have seen. It includes ample room for writing in your workout routine in addition to other pertinent information. Furthermore, the beginning of the book has sample weight training routines and descriptions of quite a number of exercises with pictures....
